Theresa M. Colwell joined Humphreys, McLaughlin & McAleer, LLC as an Associate in 2012 to represent and defend Employers and Insurers in workers' compensation matters throughout the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Colwell was an Associate at Morgan & Akins, PLLC, where she handled and defended workers' compensation and general liability claims all across the State of Tennessee.

Ms. Colwell received her undergraduate degree from Boston College (B.A. 2004) and is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D. 2007). Ms. Colwell has been admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Tennessee and the United States District Court for Middle Tennessee. Ms. Colwell was also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in 2013.
